FELIX & FANNY was optioned by The Carducci String Quartet in 2021. Myla's multi-media concertized adaptation of the play, framing Emma Denton's new arrangements of Fanny Mendelssohn's Das Jahr as well as other musical selections of the Mendelssohns', made its London DEBUT directed by Myla on November 24, 2022 at the Barbican Centre's Milton Court Concert Hall. A reprise of the enthusiastically received Barbican presentation of FELIX & FANNY IN CONCERT received a standing ovation [a rarity in the UK] when it was presented on February 1, 2023 at the Sir Jack Lyons Concert Hall as part of the York Concert Series.
